Draught at Chambar
Hazy dark amber color with compact head. Served too cold, therefore not in optimal conditions too be appreciated. It happens to be a simple Amber Ale, with the aroma way too light, the flavor with some more caramel, the mouthfeel soft but also rather dry, the bitterness carrying too much chicory character and therefore the final being a bit disturbing.
Easy concept, and with the chicory flaw; not my favorite.

Sampled at 7.7c/45.5f. Bomber bottle found in the fine fighting city of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Pours a beautiful gold-copper with just a hint of carbonation and a decent head. Soft aroma of brown sugar and hops. Flavour is orange and hops; lots of citrus and fruitiness on this one. Okay palate. Nice taste, highly drinkable, a good choice if you’re in the area but please don’t fly out to Surrey just to try it.

Bottle at Rangoli, pours clear bronze. Aroma of some caramel, cinnamon and dough. Flavour is underwhelming - subtle notes of raisins and caramel malts, with a citrus finish. Not too good.

Bottle. Clear bronze. Not much head. Strange aroma, like date or fig or something. Pretty light body, very little going on. Some plastic, light fruit, but a lot of not much. Quite boring.
