Bottle. This was not a very good Hefeweiss. It had the typical hazy good look and a medium head. It had the usual aroma and taste also but it had a funky taste and aroma also. Maybe it had gone bad. Anyway, not very good.

Flasche 0,33l (As 'Cerveza Del Dia De Los Muertos - Hefeweizen'): Dunkles Bernstein, Kupfer, deutliche Trübung, wenig mittelporiger Schaum; sehr fruchtige + recht würzige Nase, leicht trockene Zitrusnoten, dezente fruchtige Säure, dunkle Früchte, frische würzige Hopfenaromen, kräutrig/floral, kräftig Malz, Getreide, Karamell, leichte Röstaromen, kräftige Hefearomen, fruchtig-trockene Bitterkeit; fruchtiger + würziger Körper, leichte trockene Zitrusnoten, leichte Säure, würzige Hopfenaromen, kräutrige/florale Noten, dezente Röstaromen, Malz, Getreide, cremig, mittlere Kohlensäure, kräftige Hefearomen; fruchtig-trockener Nachgang

Fles 33cl thuis. Caramel, honingpops, beetje banaan, zoet, kleffig, ver weg wat koriander, wat yeasty. A-typische Weizen. (8-11-2019).

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe as Beer of the Dead Hefeweizen. Pours cloudy orange with a medium-sized beige head. Aroma is cereal, honey, yeast. Taste is medium sweet, cereal, yeast. Not a typical hefe.

Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Aroma of cloves and bread. Taste is thick, bananas, cloves, nutmeg, spice. Palate has more coriander and banana. Good take on the style.

Bottle. Hazy gold. No head. Cereal, yeast, some banana and clove, but doesn't seem very hefeweizen-like. Sweet finish.
