Gekochte Früchte, etwas frischer Apfel, dunkles Malz, ein winziger Hauch Schokolade. Recht lecker. Schön weich. Grundsolides und sehr schmackhaftes dunkles Weizen.

50cl bottle. A hazy deep amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of phenols, some banana, caramel. Taste of caramel, sweet wheat malt, banana, toffee.

Color hazy orange with medium head. Aroma sweet, orange, yeast, wheat. Taste malt, wheat.

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber to chestnut colour with a big and slightly beige frothy head. Sourish fruity (citrus, red berries) aroma with a moderate wheat-character, accompanied by ashy and clovy notes. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Fruit-accented, moderately wheaty and yeasty taste with restrained toasty notes and phenolic spices; slightly sour-fruity and toasty finish with a whiff of caramel at the very end. 11.XI.09

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy brown colour with a large off-white head. Malty nose with hints of caramel. Malty, slightly wheaty and yeasty with a shy fruity touch.

Semi-hazy, amber coloured, medium-sized stable off-white head; mainly caramelly-fruity nose with a subtle sourish background; almost medium-bodied, smooth, mild to moderate sweetish flavour; delicate yeasty and wheaty traces in the sweetish-sourish finish. Good + pleasant.......
