A returning favourite of ours and a rare re-brew. Mouth-watering mandarin citrus harmonises with new-age hop, Mandarina Bavaria. Both are elevated to new heights by our house mixed culture which builds the sherbet-like acidity. Move over mimosa, Mandarina Mandarin is your vitamin C celebration now!

375ml bottle. Loads of orange juice, mandarin and tangerine notes, some soapy notes and zesty lemon. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced.

Bottle at home after a filthy curry at Xenuk, 23rd October 2020. Pours a pithy orange beer, murky and full of bits. Aroma is fresh orange, mandarin, citrus. Taste is orange, mandarin, smooth, tangy and zesty, medium tart, could be more sour, but this works, it’s well balanced and delicious

Drukket på Bergstua. Ser ut som appelsinjuice. Veldig uklar. Så vidt litt skum ved høy kvelling. Aroma av appelsinjuice. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken ananas & klementin. Appelsinskall i avslutninga. Øl?

Bottle (7.4% ABV), gift from Emma. Murky orange body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of freshly squeezed orange juice and bubblegum. Flavour of fleshy mandarin, orange jelly and hop spice. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is incredible - mega fruity and moreish. The sourness is pleasantly subtle.

Looks indeed as freshly pressed orange juice for all the world, its natural pale orange-white collar included. Smells like oranges too... and not much else. Bitter orange, orangepeel, kumquat. Finish is pure orange juice. Aftertaste idem dito. Creamy texture - the oats. Still decent carbonatioin. And a bit refreshing - the juice overload. Seriously. Take orange juice, add all the zeste for the bitterness and a shot of lear neutral alcohol to 7.4%. I wonder about the difference in result, and as I like orange juice...

Bottled picked up at BD Castlegate. It pours cloudy bright orange with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, creamy, orangey, tangerine, mandarin, wet hay and orange creamsicle. The taste is dry, tart, zingy, bright, tangy, very juicy, orange creamsicle, tangerine, mandarin, orange chewits, mild acidity, passion fruit and mouth pucker with a smooth, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, massaging carbonation. Crazy drinkable and fruity. Yum.
