Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant lacing. Sourdough, summer pit fruit and pine aromas. Sharp with sweet apricot and plum upfront turning to dry, bitter pine and pith in the lasting finish.

Orange color. This has bright, fresh hope and a malt base more hops than most pale ales.

Taster at Hops & Pie. Pours a light, clear, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is caramel, rose, white bread, light spruce, and lemon peel. Sweet and a bit malty, with a smooth, lovely bitterness. Light to medium body, with a crisp, clean mouthfeel. This is a nice, hoppy ale, with some great balance.
