Sweetish, quite spicy, gently yeasty and a bit fruity-floral aroma of coriander, vanilla, banana, honey and some orange peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty, quite spicy and just a little fruity-floral taste of grains, vanilla, banana, coriander and some orange peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry, a little chalky finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent, average carbonation. Solid Wit.

Bottle 30cl. from a local AH supermarket @home poured into a tumbler. Misty yellow golden colour, small frothy white head, dissipating slowly to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, lemon peel, coriander. Taste medium, light sourish and low bitterness, wheat, light citrus, light banana, coriander. Medium body, watery to light creamy texture, soft carbonation, mild fruity sweet and sourish aftertaste and a light bitter touch towards the finish, chalky and spicy notes, solid wit.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting, creamy head. Has a very wheaty taste with a little citrusy coriander to balance out the banana sweetness.
