Bottle from my local Co-Op. Surprisingly hoppy and tasty for a Robinsons beer slightly let down by glucose syrup addition. Look: Clear amber with foamy off-white head. Filtered but nice lacing. Nose: Malty sweetish aroma with a touch of caramel and bread along with a herbs, grass, slight aniseed note. Taste: malts and herbal hops dominate but there are spicy notes, hint of citrus peel, quite bitter. Palate: Smooth mouthfeel with a fine carbonation slightly let down by a modest cloyingness but then I note one of the ingredients is glucose syrup.

Random store in London, bottle. Clear amber golden, medium nonlasting white head. Mild peachy nose, not much in there. Medium bitterness, very herbal. Not too nice. Lasting aftertaste. Light.

Clear amber beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft and semi dry malts, a light creamy sweetness and good bready vibe. Mild pine leads to fairly ripe citrus. Some Brambling Cross soft blackberry. Smooth finish. Pretty good actually. It's not a big punchy hop affair but does a decent job by using Brambling Cross.

Balanced taste of light malty sweetness and leafy hops. Drying close, bittersweet. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Student flat, Leeds 07.07.2022).
