Smooth and floral beginning. Easy to drink, slightly grainy with a nice and smooth dry floralness. Hints of grain, nice floral fruitiness. Soft and mild on the tongue.

330 ml bottle, bb 30.04.2021. Orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, slightly yellow head. Aroma of Brett, apricot, tropical fruits, vanilla, some oats. Tastes quite similar, with more earthy notes and some dankness. Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate sweet, a bit bitter, oaty, citric, a bit piney, with tropical fruits and some Brett. Very nice. Fresh and clean, with a lovely combination of Brett and fruits. Very quaffable, well balanced stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is piney, grapefruit, bitter orange, fresh yeast. Taste is grapefruit, bitter orange. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. The bretts extract a lot of great hop flavours here, it's got a nice Westcoasty flavour with some fresh brett touch.

Hopfiger Beginn, der sofort brettig wird. Hefig hopfiger Mittelteil, das Brettaroma bleibt präsent und wirkt in Teilen seifig. Mild fruchtig, eher grasig, angenehm herb. Mittellanger, zunehmend herber Abgang, rund. Gelungen. 8/11/12/10/13/11
