330 ml bottle, bb 30.11.2019. Copper, clear body, with a big, creamy, lacing, beige head. Aroma of floral and grassy hops, toffee, dark bread, cocoa, toast, some honey. Tastes similar, with some more zesty-citric hop notes. Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter, toasty, moderate roasty, a bit sweet, hoppy, citric, with bread, grass, some toffee, soem honey. Very nice. Really balanced, while also with a lot of character. Lovely combination of floral, zesty hops and a very smooth, not too sweet, dark malt body. I also really like the bitter edge in the finish. Another great example of a traditional style by Bierschmiede! Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15
