750ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average, frothy, white head collapsing under sizzling noise. Vinous fruity and pale malty aroma, sweet-ish notes of white grapes, grape sugar, white wine, a touch of silica. Taste is dry, vinous fruity, mildly tart, slightly sweet, notes of white grapes, grape sugar, white wine, hints of green and yellow apple, a touch of silica; dry, grassy hoppy finish. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously moderately dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Very vinous, a tad too sweet for me as a Riesling, a bit monotonous as well - unspectacular.

75cl shared. Easy to drink, very sourish, fruity white wine, beer in the back. Very dry in total, nice fruity, very interesting and white wine complex. Fruity winey finish with no bitterness.

Säuerlicher Beginn, der mehr an (wässrigen) Riseling als an Bier erinnert. Spritzig, die Säure bleibt angenehm und präsent, das Saison will auch im Mittelteil nicht durchkommen. Mittelstarke Würzigkeit, kurzer Abgang. 8/9/8/8/12/8
