Third, cask ale at the brewpub. Shared with Finn. Clingy lacing from a stable off-white head, deep amber body. Inviting dried fruity nose. Rather sweet taste of dried fruits, hints of raisin and toffee. Malt-driven ending, sweet. Fine depth. Pleasing. (Doncaster 28.01.2020).

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Gold, with a soft haze. Thick, bubbly, lasting, white head. Looks good. Aroma of sweet grain. Bready and yeasty. Soft toffee. Some old, leafy hop. Taste is sugary sweet. A little yeasty. Minimal bitterness. Soft, foamy mouthfeel. Light bitter finish. Sweetness on the lips all the way through. Looks good. Nice mouthfeel. Way too sweet, though.
