An American Pale Ale with a flavour of Summer built on a malt bill of malted barley with rye which gives its a sweet flavour and rich colour. Hops from the warmer climates of American west coast and New Zealand give this beer tropical fruit flavours.

Can from Ales by Mail. Pours hazy golden orange with a thick, just off-white head. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, kinda woody. Taste is bitter orange, more woody notes, in a stressed - yeast kind of way. Bitter greens on the finish. Not a big fan of this one.

Can from from Borough Wines, Kensal Rise, consumed at home, cooking a lamb tagine, Bank Holiday Monday 30th May 2016 Pours dirty amber with a white head, a little buttery on the nose. A fruity tang to this, nice, slight dry edge, its ok, but I was expecting more. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
