An American Pale Ale with a flavour of Summer built on a malt bill of malted barley with rye which gives its a sweet flavour and rich colour. Hops from the warmer climates of American west coast and New Zealand give this beer tropical fruit flavours.

Leicht trübe orangegoldene Farbe, fingerbreite leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig hopfig, leicht grasig bitter. Geschmack angenehm trocken fruchtig, hopfig, grasig bitter, sehr gut!

33cl can. The beer starts nice and fresh. Hints of citrus, a bit watery. Interesting earthy, viscous and still highly drinkable. Only the hot profile is a bit strange, earthy, mouldy with lots of fresh hops. The aftertaste is moderate bitter, earthy mouldy hops on a slightly sweetish body. Interesting, but I don't like the hop-profile.

330ml can. Hazy amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, blood orange, passion fruit, orange zest, caramel malty background, hints of pine. Taste delivers similar flavours, moderate hop bitterness, an additional nuttily touch on the malty side, minimally chalky and mineral finish; minimally watery, flat carbo, soft palate. Very harmonious - Well done, Ben!
