Our traditional long fermented, Still farmhouse cider, rich amber in colour and slightly cloudy with a rich, ripe apple scent. Just as it should be!! Tasting only of sweet, bitter apples, giving way to a crisp, sharp & satisfying finish.

14/3/2019. From bag in box at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, caramel, wood, tannins and wet grass. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Dry, caramel, semi-tart finish. Nice one.

Labelled as dry. Nice funky barnyard cider with good yeast and moderate puckering. Not astringent. Sharp. Clean. Well made.
