TM is our Traditional Mild. It’s an update of our nationally award winning mild, brewed in support of CAMRA’s mild month, and in a tongue in cheek backlash to high alcohol, highly hopped beers (which of course we love and usually champion!). As you’d expect from a traditional mild, it is dark, malty and smooth, but in the usual Moor way we increased the flavour profile and body so it is still rich and full for a 3.9% beer.

Keg at Brewdog Camden during the tap takeover. Black / mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of cream coloured head. Aroma is nutty malts, fruit cake, berry and twigs. Flavour is composed of dry bitter roast, bit of powdered choc, dried fruit, and burnt toast. Bit of carbonic acid bite in the finish. Palate is dry and tangy with frothy carbonation. Lingering toast and tangy berry.

Cask-conditioned, at the brewery tap, 9/5/2015. Medium brown in colour with a slight, off-white, head. Sweetish, malty beer with a touch of red fruits and gently bitter finish. Enjoyable.
