Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Pale yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fleshy, citric. Taste is tart, apple, musty, with citric rind and some drying acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbnation, dry acidic finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 04/06/23. Lightly clouded pale yellow with a thin white cap. Nose is musty apple, lemon rind, hedgerow, tannins. Taste comprises tarte apples, lemon sherbet, vinous, green apple, light acidic spike, hint vegetal. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Passable affair.
