Hazy coppery color with a minimal and quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is light wheaty with some peachy hints. Flavor is light sourish with some fruity notes. Lactic and fruity mouthfeel.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Na’ama’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy golden. Aroma of lacto, saltwater, a bit of smokiness, and a pickled vegetables note. Flavor is tart and slightly sweetish, with a bit of malt, lactic, salty, with some coriander. Light to medium-bodied.

Caña en el IV summer beer festival Gijón. 01..09..2016. Trigo pomelo melocotón y sal 5 5 vol. Color rubio dorado espuma blanca. ligeros ácidos. maltosos afrutados con un toque final salado intenso. cuerpo ligero fácil de beber algo espumoso. Buena.

Tap @ IV Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Hazy dark yellow coloured, with a white head. Nose is wheat, fresh sour, fruity, peach and grapefruits. Flavour is wheat, sour fruity, a bit lactic, fresh and fruity. A very drinkable beer again from Spain’s best brewery. Actually, my best Spanish beer so far.

Mal aspecto, color de agua embarrada, apenas espuma que desaparece por completo. Aroma a levadura, notas lacteas. En boca tiene tono acido y lácteo, que se impone sobre todo lo demás y queda en el postgusto, ahor más ácido que lacteo. Dificil.
