This is Hepcat. A Session IPA. Our mainstay and our original. It’s everything the style should be – fruity nose, juicy body, bright taste. Can we humbly call it a classic?
Goes well with dancefloors and smooth moves.
This is Marcus. He’s our designer, illustrator and friend. He likes expensive jackets and colouring in.

Bottle from the (sadly now closed) London bottleDog. Pours slightly hazy godlen/amber with a long lasting creamy off white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, hop, light malt, biscuit, caramel and banana. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish has a good level of long lasting fruity bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from The Angel Bottle Shop lol, Bicester, Oxon, consumed at Scott and Mandy’s Saturday 13th May 2017 Pours dirty gold with a white head. Soft in the mouth, it’s quite sweet, fruity but tasty, nice juicy beer with a dry finish, it’s good, it’s just a touch sweet. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13

Draught @ Cockney Pub, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, peach, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, fruity hops, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 060517

Bottle at Hand and Spear, Weybridge. A light citrus aroma. A hazy pale gold, with a creamy white head. Light bitter, with a juicy citrusness. Light bodied. Oily. Soft carbonation. Super sustainable. Good stuff.

19th Nov 2016: 33cl bottle at the brewery. Golden with a good white head. Hops to the fore in the floral and citrus aroma, a light maltiness balances out the hops in the taste. An easy drinking beer that has enough going on to make it interesting, lots of different flavours coming through, fruity, grassy and malty with a mild citrusy base.

Tap@Westow House, Crystal Palace, London (29/08/2016) - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, grapefruit, lemon,straw, hay, grassy hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle shared with rlgk, fonefan, ChrisO and beerhunter111. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy. Taste malts, hops, moderately fruity, fruit hop bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Solid.
