On tap at Cafe Sara. A filmy layer leaving spotty lacing behind. Amber body appearance, close to clear. Spiced dark fruity aroma, hints of caramel mats. Berry fruit taste character backed by caramel, lightly spiced. Semi-sweet marmalade impression. Well bodied. Good drinking (In friendly company with Cunningham, Eirik and Maja, Oslo 15.03.2016).

Nice clear amber color with a small white layer on top. Nice intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. Mellow sweetness and a pleasant acidity. Well hidden alcohol and a fine complexity in this one. Fruity, yeast, juniper, toffee and some spices. Exciting and nice brew.

Myk munnfylde.
