bottle - Pours light, hazy amber with a very thin head. It smells of oak, malt, and some dark fruit. The toast of sweet, strong, and woody with a touch of dark fruit. It’s full bodied with some hops and alcohol in the finish. Interesting, good, but not fantastic.

Oak aged. Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-amber color with a large fluffy, soapy orange-cream head. The aroma was faint sweet caramel and almond. The flavor was sweet bourbon, vanilla, oak, nut, light fruits, almond nougat, apple and cinnamon. The finish was medium length. The mouthfeel was fairly thick. Excellent.

Bottle. Has the vinous, oaky, buttery and hoppy character of a american barley wine. This one is although easier to drink.

Bomber shared by Enniskillen. Nose is vanilla, bubblegum, light fruitiness, and sweetness. Clear orange with a small off white head. Flavor is oaky vanilla with pretty heavy alcohol, and coconut macaroon cookies. Hot but enjoyable.
