There are loads of stouts out there claiming to be chocolatey, so we thought "Why not put actual confectionary into a bottle?" Fermented with a Belgian strain of yeast and aged over cocoa nibs, the result is a smooth and luxurious chocolate stout which is the envy of Willy Wonka.

Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Mellow dark malts, some tangy chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. Some bitterness before the smooth dry finish. Tidy but ironically not that chocolatey and it’s another decent stout from Round Tower but it would be nice if they changed the record now and again.
