# 4228; 5/2024. BB 21.6.2024. Yeasty, banana, spicy, cellary aroma. Hazy yellow body; white head. Yeasty, spicy, citrus, light clovy, banana and cellary. Interesting citrus Hefeweissbier with small faults. 2 x 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Reutlingen, Swabia, Germany.

Bottled (from Alko). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is bananas, some mild spices and yeast. Flavour is wheat, citrus, bananas, some mild yeasty spiciness. Sadly on the watery side of Hefeweizen.

Bottle from an Edeka in BaWü. Fantastic banana nose. The beer starts mild and fruity. Banana with fresh refreshing yeast. Hints of grain, fruity with a light and very refreshing body. Very nice!

Bottle from Quack-Duck. Blonde, cloudy. Banana, tangerine and yeast in the aroma. Sharp citrus flavor, almost lemony. Notes of yeast. Pleasurable, thirst quenching weizen.

300ml tap @Bunte Gans, Vilnius. Hazy staw coloured body, filmy layer. Ripe fruit, vanilla and doughy. Sweet, quite full bodied and lasting.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - 08.10.2019, from Alko, 20181201) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana, clove and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana, clove, fruitiness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A decent spicy hefeweizen.

The yeast is tightly stick in the bottle. Light yellow and murky, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has wheat, low fruitness of banana and citrus, more spicyness of clove. Taste has wheat, spicyness, low fruitness of citrus. Medium bodied, smooth. Good.

Bottled 500ml (Alko web)
Pale yellow, hazy colour, mostly vanishing white head. Banana and clove in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Crisp citrus in the front, then banana with some clove spiceyness. Very typical middle-on-the road hefeweizen. Christmas is only in the label.
