Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

Has a heavy sweet hop aroma, and a perfect solid white head atop a golden body. Flavour is a strong reliable malt with just a hint of citrus. Dry finish. This is a very fine, well crafted brew.

Cask at JDW Briar Rose; Light golden amber pour with foamy white head, buttery aroma, detect butterscotch with some fruitiness trying to escape, diacetyl is it intentional.

A light yellow beer with an only weak and white head. The nose is biscuity, some malts, lemon and grass, some fruits. Taste is quite dry, biscuity, medium bitterness that is citrusfruity, the end is slightly musty. Light+ bodied, fresh and easy to drink. Quite typical Golden Ale, biscuits and citrus fruits.

50 cl bottle @ Nurmo, BBE 28.05.2014
Aroma is sweetish with honey, hay, some grapefruit and grainy notes. Flavour is hoppy with grapefruit, some sweetish grainy notes and hints of hay. Finishes a bit unpleasant feeling of warm pale lager. Nice golden anyway.

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Has a golden straw colour with a small off-white head. Have a nice and sweet aroma of elderflower, citrus and some spices and bubble gum. The taste is a bit faint but I still find a little spice and something that is reminiscent of dandelion. Is a little strange in the end. Mouth feel is light and smooth, and has a lasting medium bitterness. The aroma is good, but the taste feels a little unbalanced.
