Brewed to celebrate twenty-five years of Rooster’s and our pioneering approach to brewing modern, hop-forward beers, this limited edition pale ale has been brewed using two outstanding New World hops. Tropical fruits and hints of citrus (notably grapefruit) are on display and come courtesy of New Zealand’s Rakau hops and Citra from the USA.

Can. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Just about clear, medium gold. Flimsy, white head. Nose has orange peel. Some spicy hop. Toffee malt. Taste has a little floral sweetness. Light body. Sharp carbonation. A little watery. Dry close.
