Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hilltop Golden ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, hop bitter, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161013] 6-3-7-3-13

Half pint on tap at the brew pub. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking.

Gravity pour from 41st Steel City Beer Festival - Clear straw yellow body, lacing white head. Grassy nose, citrus and hay in there too. Taste has bite of sharp citrus and a finish as long as hoped for. Nice debut for this brewery.
