Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hilltop Golden ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, hop bitter, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Half pint on tap at the brew pub. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking.

Gravity pour from 41st Steel City Beer Festival - Clear straw yellow body, lacing white head. Grassy nose, citrus and hay in there too. Taste has bite of sharp citrus and a finish as long as hoped for. Nice debut for this brewery.
