Antler & Talon, brewed in collaboration with Fuller’s brewing is the fourth in our Cellarman cask project series. We wanted to create something special and unorthodox for this collab which is what led us to using a mountain of ‘Green Hops’, which are whole cone fresh-hops used within 24 hours of picking from the harvest. We ‘oaked’ the beer using Wild Beer’s decommissioned bourbon barrels adding the staves in the mash tun. The result is a dry, crisp, cloudy and hoppy pale delivering a surprisingly good
body for a low abv beer!

Cask at Egham Beer Fest. Spicy, dank and malty. Light gold. Thin bubbly white head. Light bitter. Some spice. Some boiled veg. Light. Thin. Flat. Long finish. Not entirely sure what it's supposed to be. Despite the description it basically as if the two breweries decided to brew a bland Fuller's golden season with the vaguest Wild Beer influence.
