Vermont Whisky Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout Brewed with Maple Syrup

There are no secrets, deception or fraud involved in the making of this incredible collaboration! We started with a single malt wort produced at Lawson's Finest that Mad River Distillers fermented, distilled and aged in oak barrels becoming "Hopscotch" Vermont Whiskey. When the barrels were emptied of the spirits, we refilled them with maple imperial stout and carefully aged for a year creating this full circle collaboration project.
