Doncaster was founded in AD71, hence the name. Very dark, not quite black. The pumpkin is very strong in this one, in both aroma and taste, but not necessarily in a good way.... It's too overbearing for me to enjoy properly, too much herbal spice.

Half pint at the White Swan, Doncaster. Medium creamy beige head. Clear deep amber pour. Herbal bitter aftertaste. Nicely done
