Chapter 2 is a dry, fruity Saison.
Elderflower and grapefruit peel provide zesty, crisp and light flavours, perfectly complemented by the delicate vinous, floral and soft fruity notes of Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops. Our Bacchus yeast allows the classic citrus fruit characteristics of the Saison style to really shine.
The beer is packaged in a 75cl wine bottle, a nod to its winemaking influence and was produced in partnership with Brew By Numbers.

Light sherbet orange fruits nose Keg at ecbf 2019 Saturday afternoon... Hazy amber.. Thin white lacing...Soft dry salty fruits

Keg at ecbf. Pours hazy yellow, nose is floral, grass, toffee, taste is sweet, juicy banana, lemon.

Appearance is golden with a bit of haze, a small white bubbly head. Aroma is white wine, apple, funk, earthy malt, funky berry fruit. Taste- funky fruit, apple, creamy malt, berry fruit, hops, tart fruity crumble.

On tap at Hop Stuff Taproom Ashford. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Lovely aroma. Really good saison character. Good in mouth too. Full in mouth. Good spicy hoppy finish. Lovely lemon. Simple but well done.
