Bottle at home picked up from Brewdog online. Amostly clear pale gold coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is woody, mealy apple, some mouldy funk, little waxy, some grains. Flavour is composed of dry pithy apple, tangy granny smith, mellow dry woody funk, squeeze of lemon rind. Palate is mealy, tangy, spritzy carbonation. Ok.

Taste comprises apple must, orchard wood, light barnyard, tannins, stoned fruits, mellow funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent drop with a balanced level of funk.

Taste is tangy apple, fleshy apple core, tart, citric acidity with hints of sulphur & funk. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
