Porter Cieszyński to piwo dolnej fermentacji. Pasuje do menu: deski ostrych serów, wędzonych ryb, deserów kawowych i kakaowych. Piwo ciemne, pasteryzowane. Składniki: woda, słody jęczmienne (pilzneński, monachijski, karmelowy, czekoladowy), cukier, chmiel i ekstrakt z chmielu. Mętność i osad są naturalnymi cechami produktu.

bottle from eBrowarium. Deep brown, almost black with a tall and creamy beige head. Full-bodied, loads of roasetd malts, chocolate and some shy coffee and caramel. Smooth and velvety, rounded off by a touch of earthy hops in the lingering, warming finish.

500ml bottle from Warsaw Airport. Pours dark brown with brown foam on top. Nose is roasted, some roast malt, sweet coffee-beans, light cocoa. Liquorice. Tastes sweetish, good liquorice, and light roast. Well balanced and little bitterness lingering in the finish with extra dose of roast and some blackberries. Pretty good one, alcohol well hidden, beautiful simple sipper.

Shared 500 ml bottle. Very dark brown to black colour, beige head. Nice malty sweetish aroma, notes of Danish pastry and brown bread with syrup. Malty flavour too, with the same elements. Slightly warming mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable beige head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of fruit and barrel. Roasty onset, giving way to sweetish notes of malt, caramel and barrel, and some estery and fruity touches. Barrellike and malty aftertaste with estery and roasty hints. Warming alcohol presence. A nice one.
