My favorite from this brewer, and a beer that I wish I could find more places. Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a huge yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy, bready and peppery with a light lemony undertone. The flavor was tangy and sweet with a strong bready presence and notes of lemon and wheat with a hint of pepper towards the finish. The finish was long, tangy, sweet and bready. Full bodied and rich. Excellent.

Bottle (trade with shigadeyo). Ripe peach/banana and sour wheat malt aroma with a hint of astringency. Cloudy orange-yellow with a giant head. Peach/banana wheat malt flavor with a bitter/astringent finish. Primarily Hefe characteristics with a bock finish - very nicely made beer.
