Unser Lilly Bock ist ein spritzig-blonder Weißbierbock der Spitzenklasse. Mit seinem vollmundig-fruchtigen Aroma wird jeder Schluck zu einem Fest der Sinne. Wie unsere anderen Weißbierspezialitäten wird der Lilly Bock als naturtrübes, unfiltriertes Hefeweißbier mit echter Flaschengärung (der sogenannten „Champagner-Reifung”) hergestellt.
Das besondere daran ist, dass ähnlich wie bei der Champagnerherstellung in der Flasche eine zweite Gärung durchgeführt wird. Das feine Hefearoma kann sich dann erst richtig entfalten und die Kohlensäure wird optimal eingebunden und verleiht unserer Lilly die typische Frische und Spritzigkeit.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo ma spora szybko rosnaca podczas alewania piane niczym zachowanie szampana. Spora metnosc drozdzowa. W smaku kwasna mirabelka, mocno suszona morela, bananow jak na ten styl niewiele. Piana bardzo, bardzo spora i trwala. Kwaskowe wykonczenie, super etykieta, znak IGP zobowiazuje do lepszej jakosci i w tym przypadku tak jest

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy golden, rich head. Concetrated bready banana aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded, mildly spritzy mouthfeel. Phenolic and doughy with honey, banana and cloves. Warming peppery finish.

The head is good, the body cloudy and yellow. It smells banana, vanille, IPA-hoppy, creamy. The taste is banana, vanilla, creamy-soft.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig fruchtig, bananig, würzig. Geschmack stark hefig fruchtig, minimale Würze.

Stark karbonisierter Antrunk mit trockener Hefigkeit. Mir schon zu trocken, Fruchtnoten sind nicht vorhanden. Zusätzlich nimmt die eh geringe Intensität noch ab, hell, die Karbonisierung stört zusätzlich. Heller, mittel würziger Abgang. Noch nicht ausgewogen. 11/8/7/8/7/8

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, caramel and hops. A little too carbonated.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass fine turbid, nice head. Starts strong, fine yeasty, not too dry. Fruity hints of banana. Not as moldy as some other weizenbocks. Quite drinkable. Good.
