Crisp, delicate & refreshing this is our Helles Lager, beautifully hopped in kettle & given 6 weeks of conditioning time this has all of the qualities we love in this style – a refreshing, slightly pithy citrus front end with clean, yeast-lead notes & a slight bitterness on the finish bringing eminent drinkability. A slightly higher finishing gravity than most boosts some of the citrus fruit character. In short this one’s an absolute crusher.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep golden, small head, Citrusy, bready nose.Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Really bready with grass and citrus, Mid bitter finish. More of a toasty IPL than a helles, but pretty good.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is oats. some floral, mild citrusy and some rosehip tones.

Clear golden colour with medium white head.Aroma is sweet and grainy with mild sweet taste of hops and grass mild and fresh taste mild and easy to drink.

Keg at Track's place at Unit9. Light and rather crisp lager with notes of hay, toffee and grass. Medium malty, grassy finish, light body, average carbo.
