Keg at Mad Squirrel Amersham, Bucks. A black coloured pour with a healthy beige head on top. Roasty, malty, caramel, chocolate, hint of cherry aroma and taste. Quite thin but a pleasant enough milk stout.

Tap at Mad Squirrel, High Wycombe. Poured a clear dark brown, almost black colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, liqourice, big dark chocolate, marzipan, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty palate and a light oily mouthfeeel. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
