Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, yellowy golden with a small, rough, white head. Tired and somewhat greasy, piney hops. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, some pine and citrus with a bitter finish. Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is floral, caramelly and ripe tropical fruity. Pours cloudy pale golden color with thin creamy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy, herbal and floral, following is grainy and slightly metallic, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild to average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Not cocky, but quaffable…

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 23. Pours a misty yellow, bubbly white head. Crisp, bright, prickly hoppiness with a nice fruity orangey hop character.. drinks well. Decent, but not a west coast IPA by any stretch.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige wat harsige geur. De smaak is moutig, hoppig, citrusachtig en zacht bitter.

Bottle from Auchan Mulhouse. Clear golden yellow, small but stable white head, fruity nose. Medium-bodied, malty base, fragrant hoppy flavours with tropical fruity hints and a shy, pleasant bitterness.

Bière bue au festival main Square, où il n'y avait que des stands Heineken, la Gallia est là pour sauver les amateurs de bière heureusement ! Robe dorée, fine mousse blanche. Nez houblonné et fruité, agréable. Bouche légèrement maltée et houblonnée, pointe d'amertume avec un coté fruité agrumes, l'ensemble reste léger et aqueux. Pas la bière de l'année mais clairement un des meilleurs choix de festival.
