Can. An unclear deep candy-red beer with a finger-thick pink head. The aroma has lots of crackers-and-butter cake bottom, like in a cheese cake, with vanilla, dark berries and a lemony touch. The berries is like a blend of blueberries and strawberry, more than it's raspberry. It's smooth on the palate, lightly sourish and with a soft carbonation. Raspberry, biscuits, vanilla, blueberry and some lemon in the flavor. Lasting finish. A bit too much on the cake side this one, but it's sure well-made and tasteful. 201226
