Clear gold with a small white head. Soured lime notes. Lime, salt and tequila notes with a nice tart note. Solid.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark dull orange with a medium, quickly-dissipating white head. Thankfully this bottle didn't explode. Aroma is intense on the lime zest, followed by tequila barrels, wood, and some farmhouse yeast. Flavour is intense, with truckloads of zesty lime, followed by moderate tequila barrels, plenty of wood, and some gentle farmhouse funk. Zesty and barrel-heavy. Bold stuff. I like it a lot.

Hazy light amber, medium head. Spicy, lemon balm, fir, juniper...what is in this? Lime! Nice balance of wood, tartness, tasty malt, lime...really I like this.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond-orange colour. Sweet lime frosting in the aroma. Low carbonation, the tequila barrel flavour is strong, seemingly well complemented by the lime and by the light residual sweetness. Very botanical, strong but not boozy.
It may become quickly cloying but I'm enjoying it.
