Only domestic ingredients from controlled biological cultivation are used in this amber-colored, natural and traditional beer specialty from Salzburg. When brewing this beer we add Laufener Landweizen to the blend – a fine ancient grain we grow on healthy land and malt ourselves at the Stiegl-Farm Wildshut. This completes the velvelty mild taste – an absolute delight.

Draught @ Stieglkeller, Salzburg as "Stiegl-Paracelsus Bio-Zwickl." Aroma has strong grainy tones and malt. Foamy palate. Flavour has grainy malt, minerals, grassy hops with some menthol and mint. Bulkish.

Enjoyable, but the sweetness with the typical, lightly watery Stiegl finish killed it for me. Not as good as it could be.

Bio Zwickel volgens etiket. Donkergeel troebel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoetzuur en fruitig met iets van citrus en ananas.

Many thanks for this BIO beer to kevnic2008. Piwo jak wiekszosp piw tego browaru ma calkiem okazala i trwala puszysta piane. Bardzo, bardzo metne, ciemno pomaranczowe wpadajace w jasny odcien brazu. Zapach chlebowej swiezo wypieczonej skorki od chleba, buleczki zytnie, troche drozdzowki z marmolada. Wyraziste, tresciwe i sycace piwo, choc malo goryczkowe doskonale sycilo. Mozzart and Salieri still Alive!

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is some neutral dust, apple, wheat, powdered sugar. Taste is sweet malt. Something uncanny in the finish. Meh.

0.5l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Slightly hazy dark golden body, white head. Aroma and taste of hay, honey, grains and some floral hops. Very easy to drink. Nothing super complex here, but still a very nice beer.

Bottle picked up at spar. Pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is malty spice and grass. Taste is more of grain corn and grass.

0.5 bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with big thick white head. Aroma is bready, malty, yeasty, fruity. Flavor is malty, grainy and slightly peppery and spicy. Lightly sweet, light rounded bitterness, a hint of sourness. Medium body and carbonation, sticky texture, light bitter finish. This beer is nothing special, but pleasant and decent surprise from a big brewery.
