Paradigma 2, koje je prvo svijetlo pivo u nas odležavano u drvenoj bačvi, još je i ukusna, sladni okusi koji lagano potapaju note whiskyja i hrasta koji se iz mirisa nastavljaju u okus s taman toliko gorčine da se sve zaokruži i otvori prostor za sljedeći gutljaj.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky deep amber/brown pour, no head. Interesting on the nose, sweet and sour, malty, liquory, woody and herbal notes. Light to medium body, average carbonation, lively on the tongue. Average mouthfeel and texture, fizzy, slightly chewy. Strong herbal bitter taste with moderate malt sweetness in the background. Aroma is heavy on the malt, strong caramel, toasted, moderately smoked. Strong herbal notes, bitter, perhaps a bit harsh at times but somehow I like it. Nuts, bready, ripe fruits, toffee. Woody and liquory notes in the background, gives the impression of higher ABV. Quite sticky, a bit dry. Long lasting finish, herbal, lingering bitterness. Interesting brew. Quite enjoyable but definitely not for everyone. Good one.

Thanks H! Murky red-amber body, off white head. Creamy, light hoppy, cherry and flowery notes before the barrel shows up, though not in full force. Hmm. Lean but sweet taste, woody notes, barrel, tannins, damn... some flowery and orange notes, but killed by tannins that go in a heavy bitter finish that additionally puts this off balance. Sadly, the aging didn't help it much.

Bottled 330ml. -from Beershop Zagreb. Unclear dark amber coloured, minimal off-white head, caramel and light barrel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, wet wood, touch of fruits. Dry and harsh bitter sweet finish.

0.33 l bottle. Shared with PriMarius, Bruno and others. Clear amber with an orange glow. Small off-white head. Malty, caramel, cardboard, light wood. Bitterness. Cherry, dried fruit. Slightly harsh. Needs some balancing. Light finish. Quite smooth. Whiskey touch.
