Citrusy, but not too much. Caramely, just the right amount. Balanced, that's the word we are looking for. An American Pale Ale as you'd expect, a drinkable, light beer, but still full of character. Suitable at any point in time. Packed with tropical notes from Simcoe and Cascade hops, enriched with caramel malt and wrapped in the gentle bitterness of Chinook hops. A classic.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, caramel and a bit of sweat. Pours cloudy amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and citrusy, following is herbal, medicinal and floral with pretty bitter finish. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. A bit rusty ale…

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy deep copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Pretty good retention, long lasting head that leaves slight lacing as it goes down. Good on the nose, bitter, grassy and herbal notes with slight citrus zest in the background. Light body, average carbonation, slightly fizzy. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit watery but there's slight chewiness to it. Bitter taste with subtle sweet notes in the background. Herbal and grassy aroma, mild spiciness, grassy hops. Fruity notes, citruses, zesty. Caramel, lightly toasted. Pine, some earthy notes. Short to medium lasting finish, bitter. Solid thirst quencher.

Tap, Pivnica Reset. Hazy amber-golden body, off white head. Tropical-hoppy and lightly herbal notes in the aroma, okay realy. The taste, however is a mild letdown. Mild candy, some herbal and tropical touches, thin. Actually, just very not memorable so far.
