Poured from the tap. Hazy blonde with small white head. Lime, salt, a bit of tartness, fairly subtle coconut. Well done.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Tap at GPV. Misty ochre body, white head. Pleasant, fresh, pungent aroma, mainly lime and lactic acid, but nicely rounded by coconut. The tartness is strong with this one and the lime, nicely aromatic, took it into overtime. Not much salt, and the coconut, sweetish, shows up in the finish. Interesting balance, lovely notes but honestly a bit unbalanced. Still, good stuff, very good!
