Bottle, courtesy of Hrabren (pretty positive about that at least), huge thanks! Well - as you can see from earlier ratings, this was a pretty divisive beer, mostly disliked, so I didn't have too high expectations. Fairly dark ruby body, tiny off white head. Full on spicy aroma, ginger mostly, then cloves, then some nutmeg and some cinnamon, in that order, fairly pleasant. The taste is surprisingly thin, perfumey, with cloves winning out there, slightly dusty. Basically spicy water, zero stout character - as a stout, it's a failure, as a spiced beer, it's nice. Clean, however, and I'm not getting any slightly off notes some early adopters mentioned, so the several months it had in random fridges must have helped it at least a little, and it seems more mellow than some descriptions.

Bottle, 0.75l. Deep ruby pour, black on sight. Half finger soapy beige layer on top, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Spiced nose, lots of ginger notes, mild woody, herbal. Thin body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit light and watery. Bittersweet taste with mild ginger spiciness. Aroma of toasted caramel, ginger, herbs and spices. Mild woody notes. Roasted malt, liquorice. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering bitterness. Drinkable, but not much of a stout to be perfectly honest. Not something I'd go back to.

Boca 0,75L - kupljena u Lidlu - zanimljiva kombinacija začina u pivu, osobno bi maknuo đumbir, malo ipak strši iznad svih

0,75 l bottle from Lidl store in Ivanić Grad. Shred with little Dina, Stanley and Ivanka. Dark brown, reddish tint, small off-white to beige head. Lots of spice in the aroma, mostly clove, some cinnamon, some honey, roasty and slightly burnt. Some bitterness: orange peel, hops and roasted malts. Slightly too much spice. Flavour is malty, toasty, roasty, burnt, blood orange, cloves. Smooth, quite drinkable. Moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Not bad.

Bottled 750ml. -from local Lidl Zagreb. Almost black coloured, medium sized pale beige head, spices in the nose. Light roasted malt, caramel, spices (anise and cloves are dominant), quite strong carbonation and sweetish spicy finish. Unbalanced.
