Tenhle nový kůň Ostravaru vás hned na první pohled zaujme nejen svou atypickou sklenicí, ale hlavně výraznou zlatavou barvou. Ostravar Mustang je pivo nadupané třemi druhy pečlivě vybraných sladů, které mu dodávají plné tělo. Svůj nespoutaný charakter získal tradičním procesem kvašení v otevřených kádích spilky, aby byl dále vyšlechtěn dostatečně dlouhým zráním v ležáckém sklepě. V jeho plné chuti se odráží tři druhy vybraných chmelů, a to zejména Žatecký poloraný červeňák, který se řadí k nejlepším odrůdám na světě, a Kazbek, přezdívaný také „divoký chmel“ pro svůj původ a kořenitou hořkost. 17/2/2024. Can from Beer Place, Prague. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is malty, bready, citrus, hay, chalky edge. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body,, slightly watery, average carbonation.

Can from Albert, Brno. Dark Golden color, sokid bubbly head. Flavor is grainy malts, a bit canny, grassy hops, some cardboard. Taste mild juicy, esters, moderate bitter slightly metallic. vaguely oily texture. Mineral finish of fair persistence.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, white head. Malty nose with a faint hint of caramel. Medium body, velvety soft with a dry maltiness and hardly any bitterness. It’s slick and commercial but incredibly easy and pleasant drinking. Color is more Vienna than Pilsner. 150423

Can. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and metal, with touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with rough, estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter, metallic aftertaste with estery touches. Drinkable but not very impressive.

Can, 4.9%. Metallic and bready aroma. Clear light copper colour. Sparkling with a stable white head. The flavour is bready with a metallic bitterness. Faint hint of caramel. Medium bitterness and bready aftertaste.
