Přijde ti už klasická IPA nudná? My jsme ji pojali trochu experimentálně a na kvašení použili svrchní kvasnice určené pro německý pivní styl Kölsch. Navíc jsme během chmelovaru i na studené chmelení přidali výhradně novošlechtěné chmele z Chmelařského Institutu v Žatci (5512 Ceres a 5520 Saturn). Výsledkem je světlé, velmi svěží a pitelné pivo s výrazným ovocným a bylinným charakterem.

# 2021; 5/2020. Nice lemon aroma. Gold-yellow, hazy body; persistent white head. Fresh, malty, lemony and floral. Very good beer. 0,7 l, bottle, beershop, Prague.

0.75l bottle from Velký/Malý. Modern hop aroma, quite citric, going flowery-herbal, a bit dry/sharp after initial soft notes. Taste... citric-fruity, soft, but odd flowery-herbal finish, somewhat grainy, a mayo-like note I don't like much. Still, overall, not a bad beer at all, and these hops do show some promise.
