True to our terroir, this sour ale was made using 100% local Pennsylvania ingredients. Spontaneously fermented, cask aged and blended using 1, 2,& 3 year old vintages, before refermented in the bottle and matured. This beer embodies a piece of time, to the people who make it, authentically here at the base of the Allegheny Mountains. 7.9%abv. 375ml bottle.

Clear orange with a medium sized white head. Funky, musty and tart with a strong citric presence. Long finish. Medium body.

Bottle shared at AmLam share at Jimmy's. Pours a clearish copper with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely brett notes with oak, horseblanket and light berry aromas. Palate is similar with a drying finish. Very good.
