Denna öl från Nacka Bryggeri har en fin syrlighet från hallon i eftersmaken, liksom en del fruktestrar med toner av citrus och tropisk frukt. Bryggd med extra aromatisk jäst, maltsorterna Pilsner, Vete och Carapils, humlesorterna Hallertau Magnum och Perle, samt smaksatt med hallon. Ofiltrerad och opastöriserad. Kan lagras.

--Bottlef at SBWF. -- Clear orange colour, small head. Aroma of ripe wild raspberries. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Lots as raspberries, some honey and tartness. Low bitterness.

Taster at SBWF 2022. Hazy reddish with a small head. Raspberry, some berries and mild yeast. The body on the light side.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2021) Hazy amber colour with foamy tan head. Fruity, spicy nose with raspberries, blood orange, herbs and hay. Fruity, vinous, slightly tart taste with notes of raspberries, cherries, citrus, hay, blood orange and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Full body, quite sweet. Lots of taste and fairly complex, but a bit boozy and unbalanced. Quite nice, though.

Nice hazed red pour with a fine head Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Lots of raspberries Balanced acidity and sweetness Also a fine carbonation level. Quite easy to drink Lots of raspberries also in the flavor. Also some yeast, fruity and some spices Well masked alcohol level [Bottle from Systembolaget in The Forbidden country (Sweden)]

Flaska från systembolaget. Rödrosa med vitt skum. Doftar hallon och jäst. Mycket hallon, lite tunn och spritig. Smakar fejkad barley wine.
