Helles, the Freedom way. Not happy with simply replicating a Munich style Helles, we use an organic malt which showcases the organic Hallertau Tradition hops to deliver a full bodied beer packed full with delicate flavours. And if that wasn’t enough it’s certified organic and Vegan too.

Keg, half pint, shared with Finn at Bread and Roses. Clear straw coloured body. Loose, snow white head, fair lacing. Grassy and pale malty aroma. Modest taste profile of cereal and distant noble hops. Mid-sweet ending. Soft carbonated. Clean in-mouth feel. Drinkable, standard thirst quencher (Plymouth 25.09.2016).

Bottle 330ml. [ As Freedom Organic Helles ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of faint cooked corn, light floral hops. Taste is malt - sweet, cereal, floral. Sweet, thin finish.
