Bottled. Clear nut brown, mid sized head. Peppery aroma with pear and caramel. Mid sweet with full body and dense mouthfeel. Caramel, elderflowers and marzipan, plenty of pear brandy. Peppery warming finish.

Poured from the tap. Copper brown with tan head. Candied sugar, mild dry pitted fruits, and a ton of booze. A decent attempt, but it’s gotta dial back on the ABV as it takes away from the flavour.
