500ml swing-top bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Fawn-coloured head to a clear dark brown coloured body. Spotty lacing. Dark malty nose, slightly roasted. Blended taste profile of dark dough, liquorice and prunes. Mid-sweet, roasted malt-driven finish. Clean on the swallow. Like it. (Shared with Finn and djoeye, Thanxbeeringparty at PivotekaH7, Tromsø 23.11.2017).

Deep brown, ruby highlights. Moderate airy head. Aroma of toast, fruit, floral. Light body. Thin to oily. Dry taste starting with toast & floral hops. Some emptiness in the middle. Roastiness & hops in ending. Pleasant aftertaste. Very decent

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Thompson and Niilstrong. Dark brown color with a deep dark red glare coming through when held into the light, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly earthy, decently bitter, some dark malts. Medium body and carbonation. Quite good I’d say. Not an expert on Schwarzbier but I like this one.
